Leon is a consultant with a background in performance development, employee benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, executive compensation, and human resource information systems (HRIS). He has over 11 years of successful experience in Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Those companies include: GE Capital, Bank of America, United Parcel Service and the United States Air Force. His talents and skills have afforded him the opportunity to work internationally on medium and high visibility projects.

Leon’s area of expertise is advice and counsel; supporting managers and employees on issues relating to the interpretation of policies and procedures as well as the development and implementation thereof.

He also has consulting experience in the College setting and this (experience) has set him apart as dynamic leader and an insightful thinker. His efforts were recently recognized by him being bestowed a 2007 -2008 Central Piedmont Community College Merit Award.   

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from North Carolina A&T State University and he is a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR).

His professional and community activities include: Society for Human Resources Management, College and University Professional Association – for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), North Carolina Community College Leadership Program. 

He is a volunteer at his local church, Victory Christian Center, and loves spending time with his wonderful wife of 16 years, Dionne. He is also part of a local minority male mentoring program.
