Biography for Helena Williams, SPHR, Senior Consultant

Mrs. Williams has over 11 years experience as an HR Generalist in the construction, food and beverage industries. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources she has broad knowledge in all areas of human resources. Her field of expertise includes creating human resources departments for small to mid-sized companies, auditing existing policies and procedures, and benefits administration. She is experienced in partnering with senior management on HR strategic plans to align with corporate objectives. While working in the construction field, Helena saved the company over $10,000 yearly by using creative methods to save on benefits costs. Recommendations on benefits adjustments, storage fees and reorganization resulted in budget cuts of $60,000. In the food and beverage industry her analytical skills were instrumental in presenting annual reviews and new presentations resulting in several contracts for the company. Helena holds a Bachelors Degree from Farleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey, is a certified ADP Payroll Specialist, HIPAA Certified, and was awarded an Advanced HR Generalist Certificate.
